TourneyBit and its products, including TourneyBox and tourney.now, enable you to effectively run tournaments, and that is their primary purpose.

You may not use TourneyBit or its products, including TourneyBox and tourney.now, for any nefarious or illegal purposes. If you are using TourneyBit or its products for something nefarious or illegal, your access to TourneyBit or its products may be suspended indefinitely.

You may not use TourneyBit or its products for spam or malicious automations. You may not use TourneyBit or its products in a way that disrupts other users of TourneyBit. Your access to TourneyBit or its products may be suspended indefinitely for creating spam or causing issues with an automation.

Payments made to TourneyBit for single tournaments or tournament credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Certain out-of-the-ordinary circumstances may warrant a refund at the discretion of TourneyBit LLC.

Use of TourneyBit product boards and product feedback mechanisms at feedback.tourneybit.com is subject to the Productroad Terms of Service.
